Sandra what an interesting blog. I am so envious of your talent. I never knew we had, make that have, so many “sames” in our lives. My oldest son is a graduate of John Tracy Clinic, having been enrolled 48 years ago in the correspondence classes for mothers and children. That clinic saved my life and gave him a great start on his life. Raising a child is hard, raising a deaf child is a huge challenge especially 50 years ago. Somewhere around here I know I came across the papers from our home teacher telling me about our progress. Thanks for giving me that memory of a long ago time. I so appreciate you and your wisdom. Thanks my friend
Carol, thanks so much for dropping by and for your kind words. I loved writing and designing for John Tracy Clinic – wonderful ppl. I know you are a writer as well – maybe we can motivate each other to stay on track.
